Perola is a solo pianist in Popular Music, National and International. Means that plays alone, doing Melody, Harmony and Rhythm.
Professional for 28 years, began playing in 1982. In 1984 he founded his business which operated until 1989. It was called L'Ultimo Romantico Piano Bar located at Rua Avanhandava No. 40, a region of great cultural effervescence, frequented by the artistic elite of Sao Paulo. In 1990 invited by the President of the Sao Paulo Association of Magistrates, frequenter of the area along with other judges, he founded the Piano Bar of Association of Judges, to Judges and guests at the headquarters being built in the Rua Tabatinguera, 140.
On January 6 de1994 arrived in the United States where he was pianist at the HotelSheratonBalHarbour in Miami Beach(considered the 3rd best of Sheraton Network in the U.S.). In 1995 he performed in New Jersey and New York. Was Pianist of the Pacific Transatlantic, season 2007/2008, the Empress Transatlantic, season 2008/2009, in three auditoriums of Curitiba – ParanaState, considered the best city launching of cultural products, and several Brazilian cities.
Today is gigs promoting his 1st CD "DANIEL PEROLA plays MPB" with 11 Brazilian hits and his composition, “Cavaleiro do Amanhã" (Knight of Tomorrow) which he composed when he was 23 years old. This is a job with his style of Solo Pianist, recording a very rare worldwide, being produced only by one piano. The piano recordings are performed accompanied by other instruments such as bass and drums, woodwinds or suit of strings or full orchestra.
This is the beginning of his discography. He is recording the next two CDs: the great successes of American music, "American Popular Songs - Jewels" and Italian music, "Il Nostro Concerto". More works will come.
